I am doing a template matching in a grayscale image and have a template image.
After that, I need to create a Mat in which I’ll do a findContours to find the corresponding pixels in the image and then find the median of those pixels.
I was able to do everything I need except for creating a Mat out of the grayscale image.
I would like to have an idea about how to do this since I need to create a Mat out of a grayscale image and then convert it to cv::Mat so I could run a findContours in it, but I am not able to do it.
I already did the template matching and I have a grayscale image.
